Small place, house or mobile, on several acres

Anywhere in New York near wildlife/nature.
Not looking for anything over $100k.
I know it obviously won't be perfect, but as long as imperfections are aesthetic and not affecting stability of structure or well-being then it's no problem to fix it up myself.
At least 3 acres is fine, but hopefully more.
Just myself, so don't need a huge place, but looking for at least 1000 sq ft.
Fine with trailers, but only from 1978 or later bc earlier ones are made with lead paint.
