We are looking for commercial roofing service technician and entry level service technician in Schenectady, NY!

*Commercial Roofing Service Technician Summary:*
You will be responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing and low slope metal.
You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.
*Commercial Roofing Service Technician Responsibilities:*
* Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles)
* Roof maintenance and repairs
* Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
* Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
* Completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed
*Commercial Roofing Service Technician Requirements:*
* Must be at least 18 years old
* 2+ Years experience leading commercial roofing crews
* A valid driver's license with clean driving record
* Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
* Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
* Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.
* Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
* Technology savvy.
*Working Conditions:*
* Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.
* Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders.
Frequent lifting not to exceed 50 pounds
* Travel: Local, up to 1 hour away
