*A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN EVENT SUPERVISOR / COORDINATOR*
In this coordinator role, you assist in developing, planning, implementing, and overseeing events and trade shows.
Promoting both Renewal by Andersen and Gutter Helmet products, you stay current on remodeling products and services.
You are a hands-on leader.
Alongside your team, you travel, you assist in set up and break down of booths, and provide on-site supervision of the marketing staff.
You also recruit, hire, train, and develop your staff and overall department.
Additionally, you enforce company programs related to event marketing and provide assistance with general marketing functions as needed.
Using your thorough organizational skills, you track all sales leads generating by events and trade shows as well as schedule appointments with potential clients.
You enjoy the excitement that comes with meeting new people every day!
*QUALIFICATIONS*
* Face-to-face marketing / sales experience
* Experience in management or as a supervisor
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
* Ability to travel
*Experience in event marketing is preferred, but not required.
* Any remodeling or construction knowledge is a plus! Are you an enthusiastic and motivational self-starter? Do you have strong organizational skills? Are you an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing? If so, you may be perfect for this event planning position!
*FULL-TIME WORK SCHEDULE*
A flexible schedule in order to *travel and work nights/weekends* is a must! Schedule depends on company needs and how events and trade shows are scheduled.

Pay: $50,000.
