Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidates are top performers with have several years of experience desking deals as well as:
Experience coaching salespeople
Verifiable, proven track record of success
Must have the ability to lead, mentor, train and inspire the team to achieve targeted results
Must be process oriented with full understanding of the finance process
Ford experience is a plus but not required.
We are interested in candidates who are polished and professional with the desire to provide an unparalleled customer experience.
The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($121,200.
00 to $219,600.
00), which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”).
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
