*Responsibilities:* * Hire, train, schedule & supervise insurance agents * Performance reviews & some aspects of payroll * Proactively assist customers in the insurance application process * Ensure carrier, state, and company guidelines are adhered to * Establish an ongoing relationship with our customers & carriers * Cross sell insurance products, identify sales leads and make outbound calls to finalize a sale * Networking * Other managerial & administrative duties as assigned *Qualifications:* * Bachelor's Degree or extensive experience preferred * Two years experience as an Insurance Manager * Must have Property & Casualty license * Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance * Knowledge of PL Rater & AMS360 Opportunity to take ownership of agency growth and staff development.
Potential purchase of an insurance agency & growth in commercial lines.
Licenses: * Required: NYS Property & Casualty Agent License We offer a full benefits package along with salary commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $80,000.
