On-Site Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for selling our promotional products and services to our current clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients to reorder, cross-sell and upsell promotional products and services - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients - Identify client needs and recommend appropriate product solutions - Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share - Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Experience: - Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing - Strong knowledge of sales, and promotional products knowledge is helpful - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using CRM systems We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission.
