We are seeking an experienced B2B sales rep, must have two years prior work history in B2B sales.
Idea canidate would have knowledge of the commerical cleaning industry and building maintenance.
Excellant communication skills as well as computer skills.
We do require tha you have a clean and valid drivers license as you wil be in the field meeting with potential customers.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business leads
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through warm calling and telemarketing techniques
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and industry trends

- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Clean and Valid NYS Drivers License
