Automotive Sales Manager

Responsibilities: - Conduct sales of new and used vehicles to potential customers - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business - Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process - Utilize phone etiquette to effectively communicate with customers and follow up on leads - Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track progress and prioritize leads - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets - Conduct outbound sales activities to generate new leads and expand customer base Experience: - Previous experience in car sales or a related field is preferred - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for both the customer and the dealership - Proficiency in math for calculating pricing, financing options, and commissions accurately - Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus for serving diverse customer base - Customer service experience to provide exceptional support and address customer inquiries Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
