*Position Summary*
The product marketing manager is a critical member of the marketing team, charged with facilitating the successful commercialization of new and existing products within Lynkwell’s portfolio.
This person will liaise with key subject matter experts within and beyond the company to bring critical insights back to the team and then help translate them into product strategy and positioning.
For the existing portfolio, the product marketing manager will spearhead translating the technical features of Lynkwell’s products and services into bold and compelling multichannel assets.
The ideal candidate will have experience building product marketing as a function from the ground up, bring sound processes to operationalize the discipline across the company, and have a curiosity, hunger, and creative mind that turns specs into stories.
*Responsibilities*
* Own the conceptualization, creation, use, and management of all sales enablement and product assets
* Apply critical thinking and planning to the best format and channel to best connect the right story to the right audience
* Partner with graphic design, content marketing, and partner marketing to create and syndicate assets like testimonials, case studies, use cases, battlecards, etc.
* Be a primary source of industry information, relevant market trends, and competitive intelligence, leveraging it to constantly refine and elevate Lynkwell’s messaging
* Define, refine, and leverage clear ideal customer profile definitions in creating tailored assets and/or executing account-based marketing strategies
* Provide consistent and engaging product and industry training, not just to the internal GTM team but also liaise with partner marketing to make external stakeholders evangelists as well
* Be a critical driver of campaign strategy, both in determining the campaigns themselves and owning the execution of product marketing deliverables
* Be a primary author on customer journey mapping and optimization
* Partner with other marketing team members to create full funnel, multi-channel, engagement that drives conversion and evangelism
* Act as a conduit between product asset performance and funnel performance
* Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, account management, finance, and product to identify and implement process improvements.
* Stay up to date on industry trends, innovations, and best practices in revenue operations.
*Requirements and skills*
* 5-10 years of experience in product marketing or a related field
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience using data and analytics to improve performance.
* Familiarity with sales and marketing tools, such as customer relationship management systems
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
* Knowledge of the sales process and the company’s target audience and goals
* Ability to conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities for growth.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
* Flexibility and adaptability to change.
* A desire to learn and grow in the revenue operations field, and a willingness to continuously improve and develop skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
