```Duties```
- Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum that align with industry standards and meet the needs of the students.
- Provide leadership and guidance to center staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and professional development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and community partners to promote student success and engagement.
- Manage the center's budget, including financial planning, monitoring expenses, and maximizing resources.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and maintain accurate records.
- Handle any issues or concerns that arise, including student behavior, parent communication, and staff performance.
```Experience```
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required; Associates Degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in education administration or related field.
- Strong knowledge of educational principles, practices, and trends.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation which includes, but not limited to enrollment and marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
