Insurance Customer Service Representative responsibilities * Handling all inquiries from clients promptly and professionally * Process all endorsements * Refer all client claim inquiries immediately to the insurance carrier * Assist clients with billing issues * Update client/prospect information in the agency management system * Continuing education (Company Paid) for industry designations Insurance Customer Service Representative qualifications * 3+ years' experience as a Personal Customer Service Representative in a NY State Independent Agency environment * NYS P&C License required * Live within 30 miles of Latham NY (In-Office Position) * Insurance Designation a plus * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.
