Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community to potential residents.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including conducting unit inspections and managing security deposit refunds.
- Maintain accurate records of resident information, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new residents.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure that all work orders are completed in a timely manner.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience with App Folio software is a plus
- Knowledge of property management law and legal administrative procedures.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations guidelines.
- 2-3 years of manufactured housing management experience
