Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property management, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance.
- Utilize property management software such as Tenant Cloud to track and manage tenant information, leases, and financials.
- Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors.
- Assist with the marketing and advertising of available units.
- Conduct background checks and screenings for potential tenants.
- Prepare lease agreements and other necessary documentation.
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants through excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or real estate administration preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and resolve conflicts.
- Knowledge of leasing procedures, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with property maintenance processes and ability to coordinate repairs.
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and ability to ensure compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
