*Responsibilities:*
* Identify vacant, run-down, abandoned, or distressed houses in Nassau and Suffolk counties based on specific criteria.
* Target properties exhibiting signs such as stuffed-full mailboxes, broken or boarded-up windows, tarp on the roof, visually poor condition, vacant, tall grass, ignored landscaping, handicap ramp, or window unit air-conditioning units.
* Look for indicators like peeling paint, unkempt yards, broken windows, junk in the yard, overgrown grass, missing siding, AC units in windows during winter, overgrown bushes, peeling roofs, gutters falling off, and snow not plowed after a storm.
* Utilize the DealMachine app on your smartphone to input property details and upload clear, obstruction-free pictures of identified houses.
We will provide training for using the app.
*Qualifications:*
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow specific criteria.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using smartphone apps, specifically the DealMachine app.
- Has a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
*Compensation:*
- $16 to $20 per hour
- Possible bonus per closed deal
- Gas reimbursement based on mileage
