Luizzi Property Management Corp (a division of Luizzi Companies) is seeking a full-time *Leasing Agent* to join our reputable team! An ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of leasing and property management, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As a leasing agent you will be required tomeet potential renters and guide them on showings, positively interact with current residents, prepare leasing documents, perform background, and credit checks, and handle the collection of rent payments, security deposits and application fees.
Within this position you will work closely with our property managers and assist them with additional leasing and administrative tasks.
This position is ideal for someone looking to grow both personally and professionally.
Qualifications: * Highly organized with attention to detail * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Experience using AppFolio property management software (preferred) * Leasing experience (preferred) * Ability to efficiently manage time and work under pressure.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Ability to solve problems involving residents.
* Ability to travel between properties, if needed.
