They are currently seeking a motivated and goal-oriented *Property Manager *to join their team.
*Responsibilities*
*Leadership and Team Management*
* Oversee a team of [number] property management professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Set clear performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
* Promote teamwork, professional development, and a customer-centric approach among the property management staff.
*Residential Community Management*
* Take charge of managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the residential community.
* Address resident inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, striving for resident satisfaction.
* Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs, ensuring a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment for residents.
* Oversee vendor contracts and service agreements, ensuring quality service delivery and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
*Leasing and Sales*
* Develop and implement effective marketing and leasing strategies to attract and retain residents.
* Conduct thorough tenant screenings and lease negotiations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
* Drive sales initiatives and achieve occupancy targets, actively promoting the community's amenities and features.
*Financial Management*
* Prepare and manage budgets, tracking revenue and expenses, and ensuring financial objectives are met.
* Conduct regular financial analyses, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures where applicable.
* Monitor rent collection, delinquencies, and lease renewals, taking appropriate actions to maximize revenue and minimize vacancies.
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
* Proven track record as a Property Manager in the residential real estate industry, with 3+ years of experience.
* Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
* Results-driven mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed leasing and sales targets.
* Solid understanding of property management principles, laws, and regulations.
* Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
