Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and laws.
- Oversee the leasing process, including marketing available units, conducting tours, and screening potential tenants.
-Process Move Ins, Move Outs, Annual and Interim recertifications.
-Process rental payments
-Conduct unit inspections
-Oversee personnel of 5
-Process Payroll
-Skilled in obtaining bids and oversee Capital Improvement Projects
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors.
- Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of property activities, including rent payments, maintenance requests, and lease agreements.
- Implement and enforce property policies and procedures to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
- 2 years previous experience with Apartment Management and understanding of LIHTC program regulations is required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
-OneSite Program experience preferred.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced office, well organized with excellent time management skills
