```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties.
The Property Manager will be responsible for managing tenant relations, coordinating property maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of property management practices.
```Duties```
- Manage tenant relations, including responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving disputes in a timely manner
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and within budget
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any issues or areas in need of improvement
- Oversee the leasing process, including advertising available units, conducting tenant screenings, book keeping and preparing lease agreements
- Ensure compliance with all applicable fair housing regulations and other legal requirements
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including rent payments, maintenance requests, and lease agreements
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain tenants, including marketing initiatives and community events
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery
- Prepare regular reports on property performance for management
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in property management or a related field
- Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software for tracking maintenance activities
- Familiarity with property maintenance practices and procedures
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of facilities management principles
- Understanding of fair housing regulations and other relevant laws
- Proficient in phone etiquette and professional communication
- Experience with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs is a plus
- Familiarity with Yardi or other property management software is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
