Residential Leasing Consultant Part-Time

A Capital Region Premier Property Management Firm.
Albany Management has immediate openings for weekend *Rental Consultants* at our premier Capital Region apartment communities at Dutch Village in Menands and Carpenter Village in Guilderland.
This position will work approximately two weekends per month, with the possibility of additional hours on additional weekends or during the week.

Candidate must be energetic, enjoy working with the public, have exceptional phone skills, be team oriented and customer focused.

The primary responsibility is renting apartment homes and providing world class customer service.
Administrative responsibilities include: preparing leases, filing, inspections, preparing reports, and other routine office duties.
The hours are 11am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Although this is primarily a weekend position, if time off is needed, coverage for your shift can be accommodated with advance notice.
Sales or customer service experience and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office are required.
Knowledge of Appfolio is a plus.
Salary is plus a monthly leasing INCENTIVE.
