Our work environment includes: * Supportive Staff * On-the-job training * Lively atmosphere Job Title: Assistant Duties: - Assist in providing support and care for elementary students * Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors - Assist with literacy education and educational activities - Collaborate with teachers to create and implement lesson plans - Provide assistance in a school setting - Support students in their daily routines and activities - Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment Experience: - Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies - Experience working with children in a classroom or educational setting - Strong organizational and communication skills We are seeking a dedicated Teacher's Assistant to join our team.
As a Teacher's Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students by providing support, implementing behavior management strategies, and assisting with educational activities.
