420 Bliss is looking for a Delivery Driver who is kind, personable, and empathetic to customer needs.
An ideal candidate has a desire to listen and connect with each guest to deliver exceptional service.
Delivery Drivers will be making deliveries around the Capital Region and other surrounding areas.
Insulated bags for carry orders will be provided as well as Company Vehicle.
Occasionally, Delivery Drivers may need to take cash payments from customers and are expected to verify the right amount before leaving.
we are hiring both Full-Time and Part-Time position that requires weekend availability.
Responsibilities:
Educate guests about a variety of Cannabis products, strains, as well as appropriate dosing and safety measures when consuming cannabis.
Be on time and ready to work each shift.
Fulfill delivery orders effectively and efficiently
Maintain proper cash handling procedures and ensure transaction accuracy.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum twenty-one (21) years of age
Experience as a Delivery Driver Perferred
Must pass any required background checks (clean driving record - no major infractions)
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Physical Requirements:
While performing job responsibilities, employees are regularly required to perform grasping, walking, standing, talking, and repetitive motions; lifting up to 25 pounds.
This position may include walking or standing for extended periods of time.
There may be exposure to moderate noise level and artificial lights - in addition to prolonged use of office equipment, including computers and phones.
Other duties as assigned, or any reasonable request from management.
Knowledge & Skills:
Familiarity using Point-of-Sales (POS) systems but will train.
Familiarity using team-focused apps such as Slack & Square Teams
Personal Knowledge & Curiosity about Cannabis
Skilled Team Member capable of working in close proximity with others
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Excellent Listening & Communication Skills
Detail-Oriented & Organized
Capable of Multitasking
Compensation:
$16-$20
