Colafemina Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP)- an independent business that partners with Amazon.
We're looking for enthusiastic people to join our fantastic team of drivers who deliver Amazon packages.
At Colafemina, we value our drivers and offer you the support needed from the beginning including check ins, team huddles, additional training and managers who are accessible and invested in your success.
*What is a typical day like according to our drivers?*
Start the shift with some ping-pong, a high five, or some fresh air as you hit our team huddle spot for the morning meeting.
Soon you'll be loading up your vehicle and hitting the road.
With each stop along your route, you could be delivering that last-minute birthday present, a replacement part someone needs, an order of essential household items and more- we deliver items from ounces in weight up to 70 pounds.
When our drivers deliver packages safely and on time, customers smile.

and when the customers are happy, you are recognized! When all the packages are delivered, it's back to the station to drop off the vehicle and that about wraps your day up!

Shifts typically start around 9:50 am.
Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and a typical Full Time workweek is 4 days.
We also have part time work available.
We deliver 7 days a week year round, and there are opportunities for overtime during times when deliveries peak.
*Key Compensation & Benefits*
* $19.
75 / Hour to start with the opportunity to earn 40 hours even when you work less (ask me!)

*Delivery Driver Basic Requirements*
* Eligible to work in the U.
S
* Must have a valid driver's license
* At least 21 years of age due to insurance purposes
*Hiring Process*
* Takes up to 2 weeks due to the interview, background check and drug screen
* Training is 3 days in a classroom environment with a driving test, and then 1-2 days out on the road.
After that, you will be given a "nursery" route to start with, which means less stops, and quickly work your way up to a full route
