Transportation Aide

The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Guilderland, located in Altamont, NY, is seeking 1 Full-Time Transportation Aide.
Please note, this is not a driving position.
Position Overview: Transportation Aides are responsbile for accompanying Residents to and from their appointments on day trips outside of the facility.
Must have flexible availability for varying appointment times.
Transportation Aide Duties Include: Transporting and accompanying residents to and from doctor's appointments Transporting residents in and out of the facility for activites.
Providing companionship to Residents.
Notifying the nursing team should anything come up.
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Transportation Aide Requirements Include: Able to adapt to fast pace environment.
