Customer Service Representative
Insurance Experience Background a plus, If NOT, Willing to train!
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and ensure satisfaction
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a positive customer experience
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services
- Collaborate with sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Accurately enter customer information and update records in the database
Skills:
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in outbound calling techniques
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to effectively upsell products or services
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in English; Bi-Lingual (Spanish)
