*Job Description:* As a Client Services Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting our client services functions, focusing on analyzing and inputting client data and managing client reporting processes.
We seek a highly organized, process-oriented candidate with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with learning and mastering various business applications, including our proprietary asset management and client reporting systems, and should thrive in both team-oriented and independent work settings.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Master our proprietary client reporting and asset management systems to collect, verify, and analyze data.
* Efficiently pull, prepare, and disseminate periodic client reports and reporting packages.
* Conduct data accuracy verification checks, adhering to established standards, processes, and protocols.
* Audit and escalate data discrepancies for resolution.
* Manage data cleansing/reconciliation processes.
* Compile data and documents from various third-party sources, such as trust partners, insurance carriers, and recordkeepers.
* Assist in the testing of system enhancements.
* Organize and file final reports and client-centric documents in line with our enterprise file system processes.
* Collaborate with cross-organizational teams to refine and streamline processes.
* Develop and implement new processes to enhance productivity and optimize client services.
* Manage and perform other client service-related tasks and projects as needed.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience in a client services environment within the finance and/or retirement industry is a plus.
* Proficiency in data entry, data analysis, and data organization.
* Experience with CRM applications and data entry/reporting systems.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Professional discretion in handling sensitive information.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly in data management tools such as Excel or SQL.
* Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other meeting applications.
* Knowledge of SharePoint or similar document/file-sharing applications is advantageous.
