* Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, striving for swift resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor at all times, ensuring that customers feel valued and respected.
_Product Knowledge and Promotion:_
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
* Educate customers about product specifications, usage instructions, and maintenance requirements.
* Actively promote sales and special promotions to customers, encouraging them to take advantage of current offers.
* Cross-sell or upsell products to maximize sales opportunities and enhance the customer's shopping experience.
_Administrative Tasks:_
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of your area, including the station and product displays.
* Keep accurate records of sales transactions, cancellations, and inventory levels.
* Complete paperwork or electronic documentation related to customer transactions.
*Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
* Previous experience in retail or customer service roles preferred.
