We're the top roofing contractor in the capital region, and we are looking to add you to our office team.
This position is evenings only and the hours are 12pm to 8pm - no exceptions.
**Experience isn't required, we will absolutely train the right person**
Information:
This is an EVENINGS ONLY office position (open until 8:00pm)
WEEKEND RATE: $25 PER HOUR
WEEKDAY RATE: $18 PER HOUR
Overtime is ALWAYS available if you want it
Schedule:
Saturday or Sunday (One is required) - 10:00am to 6:00pm
3-4 WEEKDAYS - 12:00PM TO 8:00PM
Responsibilities:
Answering phones and direct calls (top priority)
Make outgoing calls to customers to schedule appointments for our estimators (this is also a top priority)
There are a lot of outgoing AND incoming calls!
Maintaining our estimator schedule/scheduling customer appointments
Appointment confirmation calls
Occasional scanning, emailing, copying, mailing and other general office duties.
Must be able to work independently and have the ability to multitask.
On weekends you will have very little to no supervision - but we're always available for questions.
