We have an immediate opening for a Customer Communications/Support Specialist located at the Chatham office.
Our Customer Communications/Support Representatives understand the importance of teamwork and possess a “customer first” attitude.
The right candidate also has excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task and problem-solve.
Qualifications:

Ability to multi-task
Problem-solving skills
Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience in electronic customer communications via email and online help a plus
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Service dispatcher support
Maintain knowledge of our products & services so that you can successfully assist customers.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Miscellaneous tasks to support the company daily operations
Holiday coverage (rotation shared by all representatives)
Schedule:
8 hour shift - Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
