We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Healthcare Customer Service and Delivery Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for navigating our platform, booking appointments for patients, and administering care bundles.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the employees we serve receive the care they need in a timely and efficient manner.
What You’ll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams
Navigate our platform to schedule appointments, manage patient information, and track care bundles
Communicate with patients to confirm appointments, provide instructions, and address any questions or concerns
Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure seamless delivery of services
Administer care bundles by coordinating with various healthcare professionals and facilities
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and transactions
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
Previous experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or a related field within a commercial healthcare company preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in navigating computer systems and software applications
