Accumera LLC is a business support service company that has been assisting professionals and individuals for 15 years with the formation and administration of businesses throughout the United States.
We are seeking a full-time employee to add to our team who wants to build a long-term career with a growing company.
The hours range from 8:30-5:30, M-F and starting pay is based on qualifications and experience, with opportunities for growth.
Industry and job specific, paid, training provided.
Basic Job duties include:
Provide phone coverage, take messages and/or provide information to clients
Typing correspondence/memos
Mail Handling & Forwarding
Basic company order processing
Accurate order entry and willingness/ability to adapt to a changing environment
Research functions
Document retrieval from local governmental agencies
Copy, scan and filing functions
Shipment and mailing preparation
Provide other duties as necessary in a small office environment
Handling inbound/outbound calls to take orders from existing and new clients
Discuss products/services to fit client needs
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 1 year experience in similar role
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred - previous experience in a call center inbound or outbound
Previous experience using a CRM (preferred but not required)
Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organization skills and the ability to take direction
Exemplary phone skills and etiquette
Able to multi-task while still maintaining attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, & Excel)
QuickBooks and Adobe Acrobat applications (Desired, but not required)
