$16 per hour PLUS up to $1250.
00 per month based on performance
The Customer Relations Representative is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at our stores by assisting management with customer focused programs.
This individual works closely with the management team to ensure they are aware of their satisfaction scores and what they can do to improve them.
The Customer Relations Representative also makes certain that customer service- related manufacturer requirements are met.
Responsibilities
Follow up with sales and service customers to ensure satisfaction.
Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate if necessary.
Manage sales and service CSI scores.
Manage survey response rates and metrics.
Be able to explain, score, and calculate survey data.
Maintain a working knowledge of CRM for customer follow up.
Document and review current responses.
Keep manager informed of all activities and results.
Other duties as assigned.

Retail experience preferred
Automotive experience a plus
Basic computer skills
The expected pay range for this position is ($15.
00 to $29.
50) (Hourly/Salary).
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
