Client Service Specialist

Capitaland Animal Hospital in the Capital District of New York is looking for a full-time Client Service Specialist.
They are the face of our clinic and greet our clients and their pets when they enter our practice.
They also have a role in ensuring that clients receive an exceptional experience while in our clinic.
Job duties include answering a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments, and cashing out clients.
Independent thinking, attention to detail, and a team attitude are essential.
Capitaland Animal Hospital is AAHA-certified, Cat-Friendly Certified, and follows Fear Free protocols.
There is room for advancement for the right individual.
Our schedule includes weekday and Saturday appointments.
Schedules are rotating and aim to provide a positive work-life balance.
Pay starts at $17/hour but increases with the successful demonstration of skills.
