Growing Registered Investment Advisory Firm Seeks Client Services Associate (CSA)
American Investment Services, Inc.
(AIS) is an SEC Registered Investment Adviser founded in 1978 which provides independent Asset Management Services to individuals, estates, trusts, retirement plans and charitable organizations.
AIS is wholly-owned by American Institute for Economic Research (AIER), a non-profit scientific and educational organization.
The CSA’s primary role is in support of investment advisors.
Exceptional administrative and interpersonal skills are required; this is a client-facing role.
The successful candidate must be well organized, highly detail oriented and possess superior written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with personal investing and financial planning is not required, but eagerness and a demonstrated aptitude to learn is essential.
Duties include preparation, delivery and tracking of documents, trade support, maintaining client records and accounts, responding to telephone inquiries, database maintenance, and coordinating internally with other staff.
The CSA will also provide support to the Chief Compliance Officer.
Strong technical skills are required.
The CSA must be eager to embrace change and help implement new technology to continually improve the client experience and firm-wide efficiencies.
The CSA must continually expand their ability to manage complex client situations.
Candidates must hold an associate degree at a minimum.
Experience with Microsoft Office is required; facility with CRM software is helpful.
