Member Service Specialist- Contact Center

Description: First New York Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Specialist- Contact Center (MSS) position in our Contact Center located in Colonie, NY.
Previous financial branch experience in a credit union or bank is preferred.
The MSS provides credit union services to members via telephone, internet, and mail.
This is a full-time position for an individual with outstanding customer service, writing and communication skills.
Requirements: Account servicing.
Referring consumer and real estate loans to the Loan Sales team.
Cross-selling products/services to benefit the member’s needs.
Promoting e-banking and meeting Contact Center goals.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18.
25/ hour- $19.
