*Job Description:*
* Receive telephone calls and provide scripted responses to callers.
* Identify situations that require further research and monitoring.
* Record all interactions in a Customer Relation Management application.
* Advise supervisor of issues and problems
* Performs other duties as assigned.
* Complies with all policies and standards.
* Provides customers with information that is specialized and communicated in a warm empathetic manner.
* Uses standard script and established guidelines.
*Qualifications:*
* The desire to learn excellent communication skills.
* Analytical skills to rapidly review and interpret data.
* Desire to help callers via phone interaction.
* Keyboard skills with a PC and Windows operating system
* Interpersonal skill to respond in a concise and courteous manner.
*Pay & Benefits*
* $32,000/year to start!
* $400 Sign on bonus (90 days)
* Monday - Friday schedule
* 11 paid holidays per year.
