50/hr after 3-week paid training.

* Fun Employee Engagement Events *Job Duties:* * Respond to and resolve on the first call, customer service inquires and issues by identifying the topic and type of assistance the caller needs with the New York State Child Support Disbursement Unit.
* Educate customers & answer questions about their accounts.
* Assist customers in navigating site while encouraging and guiding them towards becoming self-sufficient in using these tools.
*Skills:* * Customer service experience * Problem solving skills * Active listening skills *Education:* * HS diploma or equivalent (not a deal breaker) *Training Hours:* * 3 weeks Mon-Fri 8:30am to 4:30pm! *Hours of operation are 8am - 7pm - 8-hour shift determined based on business need once 3-week training class is complete.
