Through programs including the Albany Ronald McDonald House, the Ronald McDonald Family Room at Albany Medical Center, and the Ronald McDonald Family Retreat at Krantz Cottage, RMHC provides essential services that remove barriers, strengthen families, and promote healing when children need healthcare.
Our dedicated staff and volunteers help families with sick children stay close to each other and the care they need, when they need it most.
_*Position Summary*_
The Overnight Guest Services Associate – Overnight (GSA) is responsible for providing awake overnight staff coverage for the Albany Ronald McDonald House and ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures of Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Capital Region (RMHC-CR).
Primary functions include ensuring the safety of all guest families, maintaining the security of the House, completing after-hours registrations and orientations for new guests, cleaning and maintaining common areas, and providing general support for guest families.

_*Minimum Qualifications*_
* High School diploma or GED required
* Must be 21 years of age or older
* Valid NYS driver's license
* Able to lift 25 lbs.

* Ability to work with diverse volunteers and contributors
* Excellent time-management, problem solving and decision making skills
