Customer Service Representative

*SHERMAN FURNITURE RENTALS is hiring for* *Customer Service Representative* *Basic Function:*To promote and sell furniture rental services and furniture sales to new as well as existing customers.
To always represent Sherman Furniture Rentals in a positive, professional manner *Additional Responsibilites:* Reports to Branch Manager Records daily maintenance on all account files.
Work closely with Warehouse Manager to schedule all daily delivery activities Assist in creating and processing all truck logs.
Transfer all new contact information into database.
Perform basic clerical duties.
Call customers to confirm all deliveries, services and pick-ups the day before.
Maintaining / replenishing all office supplies and equipment.
Call on past due accounts and report progress to Manager.
