Galaxy LightSpeed experience preferred, hotel front desk experience is preferred.
Must have good attendance and great personality.
* Effectively achieving full guest satisfaction.
* Processing guest charges and payments accurately.
* The position will also be responsible to follow basic account procedures to assure the hotel's procedures are complete and accurate.
* Audit, balance, post, and report on the front desk, rooms, and all food and beverage outlets’ cash and credit operations to ensure accurate function and optimal operations management
* Run the night audit final after ensuring all revenue is in balance
* Dependability, professionalism, attention to detail and follow-through are critical elements to the position.
* Night audit position is crucial to assure every guest has a safe and secure stay.
* Ability to maintain a positive attitude in all situations.
* Solid computer skills.
* Ability to work flexible schedule including morning, afternoons, evenings, overnights, holidays and weekends.
* Excellent communication skills; must possess a strong team spirit.
* Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions.
* Makes, confirms, and cancels reservations.
* Assists management with any inquiries or special projects to be completed.
