Service writer/ Customer Experience Coordinator

Marchese Ford of Mechanicville, a family owned dealership, is looking for a highly motivated individual to be our Service Writer/ Customer Experience Coordinator.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling warranty claims, assisting in the service department and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities: * 1 year experience as a Service Writer * Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure repairs are completed in compliance with the manufacturers policies and procedures * Responsible for assigning work to our Moblie Service Technician * Proactively communicate with customers to ensure a positive experience with the pick up and delivery process * Requirements: * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Computer skills * Clean driver's lisense If you have a passion for cars, enjoy working with customers, and are experienced in warranty administration, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
