Front of House Customer Service

```Duties:``` - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their purchasing decisions - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers - Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed ```Requirements:``` - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (multilingual skills are a plus) - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions - Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred - Knowledge of technical sales or jewelry sales is a bonus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required We offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career growth, and a positive work environment.
