WIGGLES & GIGGLES is seeking a dedicated and passionate Toddler, School Age lead teacher, and also a Toddler Teacher Assistant to join our team.
As a lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and lives of young children.
You will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow through play, exploration, and structured activities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
- Encourage positive behavior through effective behavior management techniques
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support each child's individual needs
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents as needed
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations
- Create a welcoming and engaging classroom environment that promotes learning
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in early childhood education
- Dedication and Passion for children
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children is preferred
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with young children
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Teacher Assistant)
(CDA, Associates or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education with at least 2 years of classroom experience is preferred for Lead Teachers )
