Camp Lovejoy, which is a Boys & Girls Clubs of Schenectady summer day camp program, is looking for *Counselors* who assist in the overseeing, supervision, participation and safety of a designated group of campers.
Have experienced in a camp, youth, outdoors and/or recreation programs.
Ability to relate well with children and peers.
Willing to learn and take directions.
Camp Lovejoy is located in the beautiful Helderberg Mountains of Altamont.
*The camp season runs from July 1st 2024 till Aug 16th 2024.
Weekly Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.

There will be a *mandatory paid training* prior to camp that all personnel must attend.
_Daily tasks include:_
Providing campers feedback and guidance regarding performance.
Supervision of campers
Participating and engaging in camp activities/specialty's
_Qualifications:_
Must be at least 18 years olds
Ability to be physically active during portions of the camp day
Someone who loves nature and the outdoors
Experience working with youth is preferred
Have the ability to communicate positively with diverse age groups.
