A locally established construction and architectural millwork company in Troy, NY is seeking a mature and reliable individual that has a professional appearance, positive attitude and is courteous.
Some experience answering a multi-line phone system is required and ability to multitask in a busy professional office environment is a must.
Additional duties include basic computer skills, copying, faxing, filing, data entry, ordering and maintaining office supplies, preparing mail, scheduling appointments, answering the door and greeting clients/vendors.
Must have some experience with windows-based programs.
