” *We are looking for the right candidate to join our Grants & Finance team.
Duties of the position are varied and will involve _*providing administrative support for the work and mission of the agency by utilizing online data systems to achieve financial and grant goals.
The Associate will utilize and manipulate data for funding applications, budgeting, program operations, and reporting.
*_ _*The successful candidate will:*_ · Have exceptional organizational and computer skills - Excel is a must! · Be familiar with core finance and accounting concepts · Be responsible for learning and extensively utilizing third party data systems · Input transactions and produce reports for a variety of audiences, including management staff and external partners · Sensitively and confidentially handle personnel and organizational data · Be able to work well in a fast paced environment · Be empathic and have the ability to work non-judgmentally with individuals coping with various life circumstances, including substance abuse and mental health challenges · Be able to exercise the flexibility and assertive communication skills necessary to be part of a team Persons with lived experience encouraged to apply! 50/hour based on level of expertise Schedule: In person Monday – Friday approximately 9am-5pm, no on-call duties Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.
