We are currently seeking an SAP Analyst position in our Program Management Services Division.
This position will be located at our Client’s Pittsfield, MA office (hybrid working model).
The Program Management Services Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs.
Project teams are established to provide a customized mix of business consulting, project management, financial control and monitoring, administrative, and technical support services.
The SAP Analyst provides project support in a high paced environment and is responsible for performing a wide range of clerical/administrative assignments, resolving recurring problems independently without close supervision.
Salary Range: $40,000 - $74,000
The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
Responsibilities
Prepares purchase requests and purchase orders.
Processes receipts, accruals, and invoices as part of the purchasing process.
Troubleshoots and resolves errors or issues with attention to detail.
Process SAP work as needed.
Support a high volume of work in SAP.
Resource for department and provides support to Project Managers, Engineers, Managers, and Supervisors.
Requirements
AS degree or equivalent of education and/or 2 years’ experience.
Background in computer application use in a business environment.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong Excel.
Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook experience and capability.
Ability to work with a high attention of detail.
Able to work in an environment that frequently challenges and changes.
