*Summary: *We are seeking a Receptionist/Secretary to perform various office duties *Job Title:* *Receptionist/Secretary* *Location: Albany NY 12229* *Target Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM or 9AM-5PM* *Target Duration/End Date: April 2026* *Description of Roles and Responsibilities*: · Managing phone and emails inquiries related to inspection and certification work · Sending out official correspondence · Scheduling meetings, entering data, and following-up on questions · Excellent customer service, organization, and communication skills are highly preferred · Basic computer skills are required *Mandatory/Minimum Qualification, Skills, Experience Requirements*: Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
And at least three years’ experience in an office environment providing program support or administrative assistance for multiple staff with varying job responsibilities *Qualification, Skills, Experience Requirements*: · Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel · Excellent organizational, interpersonal, customer service and written communications, in addition must be comfortable.
answering and responding to telephone calls and inquiries in a professional manner · Ability to work as part of a team and independently · Ability to deal with multiple priorities and competing deadlines · Attention to detail is a must · Answering switchboard- transferring calls & providing information · Using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other platforms for providing virtual services.
