*Maintenance Technician 1st Shift* This position is primarily responsible for completing basic to advanced maintenance and repairs in accordance with company standards for quality, cleanliness, guest satisfaction and safety.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Core duties and responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
This position is responsible for completing maintenance tickets, conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance and service, replacement of parts and equipment, as well as other projects that may be assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or the General Manager.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

COMPUTER SKILLS: Minimal to no computer skills are required for this position.
